Where can I find the documentation?

Where can I find my API Key?

In your Herodesk account, select Settings -> API & Webhooks. Your key is available here.

Can I have multiple API Keys?

No. At this time, each Herodesk account has one API key.

Can I limit access to some endpoints or functions in the API?

No. At this time, each Herodesk account has one API key that has access to the entire API.

Can I add multiple webhook endpoints?

Herodesk Basic customers can add one webhook, while Herodesk Plus can add unlimited.

How do I set up webhooks?

Can I choose to only receive some webhooks?

No, we send a webhook to the endpoints you specify for the events you subscribe to. It is your job to filter it once received.
